Elements of Food offers private and public food tours in Milan, guided by local professionals with deep knowledge of Italian culinary culture. Our tours combine structured neighborhood walks with curated tastings, introducing guests to traditional Milanese specialties and contemporary food spots.
On our Milan food tours, we explore Isola, Sarpi and the historic center, meeting independent producers and tasting regional products while learning about the culinary traditions of Lombardy. Each experience is designed as a guided culinary journey, not simply a list of restaurant recommendations.
Since 2015, Elements of Food has focused on small groups, professional guidance and authentic local connections, operating in both Berlin and Milan.
Prices: group tours €105 per person. Private tours from €420; the price depends on group size. All food and drinks are included.
