I take an extreme pleasure in reviling this one. In about three weeks, for the first time ever, Berlin will finally have its own Jewish food week. After all, the city's culinary scene has jumped so many steps in recent years and Jewish culture is not foreign to this city, so it was only a matter of time. Organized by Laurel Kratochvila from Fine Bagels, for one all week, Jewish food events will take place around town, showing the diversity of what means Jewish. Elements of Food will also take part in this amazing week, first with a Jewish soul food stand during the breakfast market of Markthalle Neuen and later on this week, in two Friday special dinners.
