Chef Gal Ben Moshe who just recently received his first Michelin star for his restaurant Prism, will come to talk to us about the winning, the current situation and his future plans.

Due to the special situation and the fact that we can no longer meet, we decided to come to you. From the comfort of your home, we will give you a pick into Berlin's food scene. We will learn to know the people behind the story and talk about the challanges that this situation raised. In each meeting, we'll have also time for questions. We have limited space for each event, so it's better to order in advance.
First to open the series will be Chef Gal Ben Moshe from Prism restaurant. Ben Moshe just won recently his first Michelin star for his restaurant and is the first Israeli chef in Germany (second in the world) who's included in this prime leage. On top of that, Prism won its first star in the end of its first year, an even bigger acchivment.
Prism defines itself as a fine dining levantin restaurant. Other than the food which contain strong middle eastern tastes, also its wine selection varies from Israel to Syria and Lebanon, across the Middle East. The new Michelin guide defines it as an exciting cuisine that gives a nod to his Israeli roots as well as to modern European standards.
